Blindspot became an early frontrunner for renewal, opening to 10.6 million viewers, with 3.1 in the demo. Blindspot is improving upon State Of Affairs, which was cancelled last season.
Gotham returned to a sad 4.5 million viewers, and Minority Report couldn’t even hold that, dropping to 3.1M and 1.1 in the demo. There will be no back nine, me thinks.
The other new debut, Life In Pieces opened strong at 11.5M, but it did lose a large chunk from Big Bang’s 17M.
