I could get used to the weather we have been having, infact the tan on my back is coming along nicely. Speaking of tans, next weeks cocktail will be coming from a far more tropical location. I will be photographing the plant life and sampling the cocktails, you’ll have to guess where I am!
Raspberry Fizz
30ml Chambord
Champagne
Fine sugar
Dip the rim of the glass in fine sugar. Pour in the Chambord, add a couple of cubes of ice and top with Champagne. Enjoy and have a great weekend!
