As Degens, we need our coffee. We spend late nights waiting for advertising mints and early mornings listening to Twitter spaces. We want to be active in our community and start the world with a GM every morning, so we need a little caffeine boost to do that.
Currently, you can combine your love of Jpegs with your love of specialty coffee, as Rarible releases ‘GM mfer’, specialty coffee for NFT degens.
About GM mfer
The initial IRL brand mfer-branded coffee blend is a specialty coffee created in collaboration with Creation Coffee. A light to medium roast that you can select whole or ground.
Adam IIenich says that the coffee is as good as the vibes.
Unlike the 10,000 mfer series, there are just 200 bags of this initial batch. If you are passionate about coffee, rest assured that this is the real deal, high-quality, specialty-grade, and ethically sourced coffee.
With the community in mind, GM mfer gives back to the mfers, and 25% of all profits are sent to the mfers treasury. So if you have an NFT mfer, you can get your tasty beans and gift them to the community:
“The utility is a bright combination of vibes which will keep any mfer wired and ready to create.”
Where can I get this tasty specialty coffee?
If you live in the US, GM mfer can be delivered to you. Partnered with Michigan-roasted Creation Coffee, GM mfer can be shipped statewide for $17.50 per bag plus $4.99 shipping fees (or free shipping on orders over $35). Rarible informs us that you can’t use crypto yet – so it might be coming in the future.
Why did Rarible make GM mfer?
Community President Adam Ilnich had this to say about why Rarible decided to drop a limited-edition coffee run:
“Everyone knows the saying that “bear markets are for building”. Often people mean building on the
Product, development, or engineering side. But why not from the society as well?
This mfer-branded coffee idea came from within the community and was inspired by a tweet.
Besides, Rarible aimed to experiment with bringing cc0 brands to life in the physical realm. Because of the creative collaborative aspect of mfers, anyone can build anything with mfers plastered all over it. There have already been some appealing IRL mfer products (like this collection of embroidered mfers dresses), and this specialty coffee is another one to add to the list.
You have it. A community focused initiative in the form of a hot drink which unites Degens.
