Common American rapper has been slapped with s3xual assault fees after a girl accused him of r*ping her on their first date.
In line with paperwork obtained by TMZ, an unidentified lady went to the hospital to report an alleged r*pe in April.
She says Yella Beezy reached out to her on Instagram asking if she was on the lookout for a brand new buddy once they ultimately made plans to exit to eat in Dallas adopted by a visit to the bowling alley.
