Rapper Lil Jon Opened  School In Ghana Says “God Is Good!”
 Lil Jon opened a school in Ghana, and dedicated it to his late mother Carrie M. Smith.

Lil JonThe rapper teamed up with Pencils of Promise to raise money for the school. The Pencils of Promise program is designed to help children around the world receive a quality education.

The school, which is named Abomayaw D.A. Kindergarten, officially opened on Oct. 12th, and the rapper, his wife and son were all on hand to celebrate. The school is dedicated to the Abomayaw community and his late mother, Carrie M. Smith.

On Instagram, Lil Jon wrote:

 “We had the ribbon cutting ceremony and dedication of a brand new primary school in Ghana I funded along with @pencilsofpromise I dedicated it to the Abomayaw community and to my mother. God is good.”
