Ingredients: Potato - 1 large, grated All purpose flour - ½cup Baking powder - ¼tsp Milk - ~1cup Onion - 2tbsp, finely chopped or grated Salt & pepper - to taste
Method:
- Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Heat 2tbsp oil in a nonstick pan; add about ¼th cup of batter and cook until golden, about 2 minutes. Flip and cook for another 1~2 minutes until golden. Serve hot with lingonberry jam.
