The latest newsletter of the Rabbanut had a few interesting pieces..
here is one that is relevant for Shabbos..
It is a reminder of the rules when on "winter clock", off of DST..
1. the last of the branches of chain stores must be closed no later than 2 hours before the start of shabbos. The last of the employees must be sent home no later than one hour before Shabbos or Chag begin, so that the employee can get home in time for the start of Shabbos without needing to desecrate it. Any employee living particularly far from the store, shuold be let out with enough time to get home
2. weddings: no chuppa should begin on a Friday or erev chag after 1pm (13:00) in the summer and 12:00 in the winter. The last course, dessert, should be served no later than 3 hours before the start of Shabbos, or Chag, so all guests and staff will have enough time to leave and get home with enough time before Shabbos.
