They are trying to present a thesis according to which the barrier to peace is the territorial one. That is fiction. We signed two peace deals, with Egypt and with Jordan, and the settlements were not a barrier. Compared to that, in Gaza we evacuated settlements and merited rocket fire in return. Historically there was never a connection between settlements and peace agreements..
