I agree with what Bennett said. Israel cannot continue on the path to another election. We need an Israeli unity government.... I am not holding negotiations via the television [regarding Bennett's demands]. The concept is an Israeli Unity Government in which the sides trust each other. Why is [Netanyahu] unable to form a government? Because nobody trusts him.

he has a point. The Likud is reportedly even offering Bennett some legal method of avoiding being fired by Netanyahu, some sort of legal veto that would not let Bibi fire him or anyone else from Yamina. That's how untrustworthy his potential partners see Netanyahu as being.
I am not sure what he means by "Israeli Unity Government". How is this different than the unity government we just had until this past election (and still now in transition)?
