At the checkpoints we encounter many people claiming they are going to assist their elderly grandparents - but when we check we find that the grandparents died years ago... yesterday we caught two people are are sick with corona, one in the south and one in central Israel. They knew they were sick but they went out anyway - one to visit friends and the other was driving around in his car. In these cases we don't give out fines but open a criminal investigation on the suspicion of a person spreading disease. These people will be brought to justice.
