Litzman often says things without first consulting with the other factions in UTJ, so he doesn't necessarily speak for UTJ, but it is still a big statement to start publicly talking about supporting someone else, and saying a specific person, for PM instead of Netanyahu.
Liztman, and UTJ, are upset at Netanyahu for recent statements made that they see as anti-haredi and various regulations that they feel targeted Haredim and now the attempt to increase fines significantly for schools that break the CoronaVirus rules...
