Quinoa

By Rumblingtummy @RumblingTummi
The last time I cooked Quinoa was 2 Christmases ago.  How time flies.
So today, I shall try again as I had forgotten to document it down in this little space of mine.  I started enjoying Quinoa when I first try it as a salad and appreciate the benefits of eating it.
Out of the grains out there, quinoa scored the highest in its nutritional value.  It has 12 types of nutrients and it is also packed with fiber which is a good source of detox for me.
I am introducing this to my parents too as it has protein and the elderly tend to stay out of red meat due to chewing issues.
Anyway, I am sure you can research on its benefits.
