Quick Tip: Drink Warm Lemon Water for Better Health

There are a TON of benefits to drinking warm water and lemon first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. It aids in digestion, helps boost your immune and lymphatic systems, freshens your breath, helps clear your complexion and even aids in weight loss by tricking your tummy into thinking there’s something in there already. There’s only 3 rules:

  1. Use Purified or Filtered warm water (not hot and not freezing cold either).
  2. Use FRESH organic lemons. (They take all the good stuff out of the bottled kind).
  3. Drink it on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. (It’s a healthy way to “wake up” your stomach and get your digestive juices flowing)
