everyone! It feels like forever since my last post and I actually missed my
blog. I will not bore you to what's keeping me busy lately. Let’s talk about
this liquid lipstick that I have been curious about since forever – the RiRe
Lip Manicure High Fix. I got it from the Sweet Spring Makeup Kit beauty box of YesStyle (do you want an unboxing post?)
last month.
I
got mine in Brick Red – this shade falls between red and pink. It has this
girly/feminine vibe going on so it’s good for everyday wear. As expected for a
liquid lipstick, this is also very pigmented; one swipe will give you vibrant
color. The finish is matte, but it
takes a minute before it fully dries.
My
only concern is its applicator, its wand is too short and it makes it hard for
me to apply the lipstick. The triangular handle makes it even worse because it
is big enough to block your lips while using it. So I always ended up using a
separate brush.
However,
it doesn’t change the fact that this is a good liquid lipstick. The texture is
smooth and not sticky with a very pretty color payoff. And since this it does
not transfer, you can totally rock pretty lips even during make-out session. RiRe Lip Manicure High Fix can last for
up to 5 to 6 hours with constant drinking and eating. You can easily remove it
with any regular makeup remover, too.
