There is no
doubt that Koreans have some of the best lip tints. As a lip tint lover, I
couldn’t resist trying every brand that offers one. This time my new go-to lip
tint is from Holika Holika. I bought it last month and it’s been my every day
tint since then.
I like my lip tint natural and long lasting, although Holika Holika Waterdrop Tint Stick lacks the latter, I still can’t help but love it. Let me tell you why:
• This tint glides on very smoothly on the lips; it’s almost watery (in consistency). • The moisturizing power is very impressive. It isn’t called “Waterdrop” for nothing. • Simple yet there’s something cute with the packaging. The cap has some kind of a lock too, so it won’t come off easily. • The color, although subtle, still looks lovely and natural. • It has a fruity scent, but not overwhelming. • Affordable (Php295.00)
At first I
was a little disappointed with the color payoff of this tint because it looks
orange than red. But then again, I learned to love it. After all, most of the
lip tints from Korea are like this. I just have one problem with this tint – it
takes a minute or two to be fully dry and when it’s not dry, it transfers. Other
than that, this tint is a nice catch.
