Moscow: Russian President Vladimir Putin on Friday said “there was no problem” to export seeds from Ukraine, after Moscow’s operation in Ukraine increased the concerns of the global food crisis.
There is no problem to export seeds from Ukraine,” he said in a television interview, saying it could be done through the Port of Ukraine, through other people under Russian control, or even through Central Europe.

Putin accused the west of “bluster” by claiming Moscow to prevent seed exports from Ukraine.

The Russian leader mentions the possibility of exports through the Port of Ukraine Mariupol and Dyansk in the Azov Sea, which provides access to the Black Sea. Both are under Russian control.

He also said the port under Kyiv’s control, in particular, Odessa, could be used but called for waters around the port controlled by Ukraine to “be cleaned” from the mine by Ukraine.

Russia will be a rewards to leave a safe ship, Putin said.

Other transportation options include the Danube river through Romania, Hungary or Poland, he added.

But the simplest, easiest, the cheapest is export through Belarus, from there people can go to the Baltic Port, then to the Baltic Sea and then anywhere in the world.”

But Putin said that every export through Belarus would be conditional in the “appointment of sanctions” by the West of Minsk, allied with Moscow.
