Tyler Perry has placed one of his Beverly Hills homes on the market, and if you have $17 m you can take it off the film/tv producers’ hands.
According to Trulia, Tyler Perry’s mansion is described as a three-story glass-walled Beverly Hills mansion with a concert venue and space for 30 cars.
The 17,245-square-foot Mulholland Drive estate comes with a koi pond, tennis court, pool area with a grotto and water slide, giant motor court and a dining terrace “specifically designed for concerts, fundraisers or holiday parties,” according to its listing. The interior of the house is outfitted with marble stairs and pyramid-shaped skylights.
