Verdict on Punch
Punch is a horror slasher movie following two friends that find themselves the latest target of a masked killer. They are out having a final drink before one moves on with her life. However, the celebrations get interrupted by the killer on his latest rampage.
When it comes to slasher movies, location can become key and using the English holiday resort of Hastings brings a new holiday camp horror. This follows a traditional concept of a slasher, where we have a final girl in a battle against a killer. All after the killer has been on a rampage. There are unique kills using items around the famous Punch and Judy shows. This embraces everything English and throws it into a slasher movie. Alina Allison is great in the leading role and is surrounded by a strong supporting cast.
Final Thoughts –Punch is a great British slasher movie.
