Pumpkin Tomato Anchovy Soup

This soup is suitable for a busy day as it is fast and simple. Three main ingredients are needed: pumpkin, tomato and anchovy. It is catered for toddler, the clear soup is filled with natural sweetness. Ingredients:150g butternut, peeled and cut into chunks3 big tomatoes, cut into quartersa handful of anchovies ~ 5 tbsp, washed800ml watera dash of freshly ground black peppersa pinch of saltMethod:1. Boil water and anchovies in soup pot, add in butternut and tomato, cook until the water boiling. Cover and let it simmer for another 15 mins or cooked until the butternut is tender.2. Add black peppers and salt to taste. Serve warm.
