-jeffrey toobin, i disagree. about occupy. occupy did not die. this is occupy. its going to keep breaking out and getting more sophisticated. its going to try to outmaneuver authorities. its the outrage of the disadvantaged. those who would like to escape from the racism of our american past but return to its relative economic balance and ethos of upward mobility.  everything is outa whack. thats why people are in the streets.
-apple, always cool, did nothing to inhibit the protest.
-santa con. occupy. flash mobs. social media. i forsee a crackdown eventually.
-#whilewhite ? my mom collapsed a month ago and emts arrived with oxygen in minutes.
-i don't think arrest is appropriate for selling loosies.
-also, we don't know if he was selling any. one policeman seems to claim he saw him selling them on the video.
