In this article, we will be sharing some best protein-rich recipes name. Protein is said to be very useful for our body functions like weight loss, hair strengthening, and body functions. Protein intake is so filling that one will feel energized after taking this in a meal.  As we take protein more calories are required to digest protein in our body. So protein intake is very good for health if we are having it on a regular and proper basis. Protein is the building block of our body. Everything in our body is made of protein. Like our cell, skin, blood, hair, muscles, bones, and everything.

There are many functions of protein in our body that are done by protein. It included hormones, repair, immunity, and maintenance in our bodies. Protein is made of amino acid. The amino acid is of 20 types of which there are two major types essential and nonessential. The essential type is that which we have to take in our meal. The other type of body manages to prepare on its own.  Protein goes inside our body, completes its work, and goes out, which means it does not stay in our body and so this means we must take protein on a daily basis in our diet.

 There are many sources that can be added to our food to get protein. Animal food has all 10 essential amino acids in it like fish, egg, chicken breast, milk products. Many plant sources are also having essential amino acids like pulses, peanuts, nuts. Protein intake should be proper, excess use of protein is also bad for our body. As it also has nitrogen and excess amounts of nitrogen can harm our body and creates fat for the body which results in weight gain. One must take 0.8grams multiplied by their body weight of protein (0.8* body weight) on a daily basis.
