"What's the problem? I asked.
"He's been seized by the desire to fly Air Force One  to Nigeria, there to bombard the natives with iPads so they can see his Michelle's Instagrams pleading: "Bring Back Our Girls". Normally this far-away kidnapping would have achieved the excitement level of "Small earthquake in Chile, few hurt" in the MSM. But Patient, his wife and the MSM can't help drawing parallels with Sasha and Malia.  Patient needs calming down in the way that you do so well, doctor."
