5/5/2014: After specialist attention from another very skilled psychiatrist in DC I am ready to re-undertake the care and nurturing of Primary Patient, and get him through all the crises brought on by his breathtaking Narcissistic Personality Disorder. I have agreed with Valerie Jarrett that she will call me when Patient shows any evidence of reversal of progress.
