2/7/2014It is a truism among shrinks that the worst patients of all  are those with Narcissistic Personality Disorder.  Personality disordered people are usually hated. Even professional texts reveal how despised, derided, hated and avoided the personality disordered are even by the therapeutic professions.  Because many people don't even realize that they suffer from a personality disorder – they feel victimized, wronged, discriminated against. They don't understand why they are so hated, avoided and abandoned.  My Patient often attributes this to racism. Treating patients like this on a regular basis is known to place a major strain on shrinks. I have explained this to Valerie Jarrett who  now intends to increase my fee and lighten my workload to help keep my sanity.--- Dictated
