Just to clarify, using this product will not remove your lip nor your eyes. LOL! Tony Moly must have forgotten to include the word “makeup” in the bottle, but anyhooow… I’ve been using it for over a month now. Read on to see if it’s a HIT or MISS!
I wasn’t supposed to buy this but since my usual makeup remover from Maybelline was out of stock at the time of purchase, I settled for the one from Tony Moly called Clear Water Lip & Eye Remover. The SA told me it’s alcohol-free and safe to use for sensitive skin, so I thought, okay no harm in trying.
I particularly liked the packaging and how it dispenses the product. You simply just press down the pump with a cotton ball/pad and viola, you’re ready to apply it on your face! However, that’s probably the only thing I like about this product!
Why? Cos it stings like craaaazy, especially around my eye area. And I do wear heavy liquid eyeliner a lot and it takes so much effort removing it with this. I need to rub the cotton ball against my eyelid repeatedly but even so I still see some eyeliner left. And did I mention it stings like craaazy? HAHA yep, couldn’t stress that enough! Ohhh my poor eyes! :(
So, bottom line is this is a BIG MISS for me! I couldn’t wait to finish it up so I can try another one next! Any brand you’d like to recommend? Share it in the comment section!
