Summer is in full blast this time of the month! Hello hot hot hot weather, even the aircon at my room is about to give up already! Not only that, I feel like my face gets darker and drier, too! So, I really give extra importance to my face/skin routine during summer. Moisturizer and sunblock are must haves, and recently I also added iWhite Korea Whitening Pack to the list.
The product description says this removes dead skin, deep-rooted dirt, and other skin impurities to instantly reveal a brighter and cleaner skin. It’s actually a “peel off mask” and it reminds me of the nose pack I’ve tried from the same brand a long time ago.
So what made this whitening pack special? I believe the active ingredients on it is what makes this stand out — Mulberry Root Extract that lightens skin discolorations; Aloe Vera Leaf Extract that soothes and smoothens skin; Panax Ginseng Root Extract that revitalizes tired skin; Vitamins A, C, E, and B5 to prevent premature aging and help repair the skin through collage boosting properties. Each ingredients help achieve a clearer, smoother and fairer skin.
It’s pretty simple to use. Apply a generous amount of product on clean face. Spread evenly, avoiding the eyes, nose and mouth areas. Wait for 15 minutes or until the mask dries up before peeling it off from the chin upwards. I actually enjoy this mask because the best part is peeling it off! Even though it’s a bit messy to apply and to remove (prepare to get sticky fingers!), I find this effective as it really removes deep-seated dirt on my face. It also makes my face visibly brighter and more glowing. The only downside I noticed is that this gives me a slight burning sensation after use. I think that’s the reason why it’s recommended to use the iWhite Aqua Moisturizing Cream (*read product review here*) after to relieve stress due to all the peeling action.
For best results, use 2-4 times a week with other iWhite skin care products.
