Product Review: iWhite Korea Facial Cream

I normally skip facial creams because I’m lazy like that. But when iWhite Korea recently sent me their Skin Whitening Vita Facial Cream, naturally I have to give it a road (err, face) test. So, what is this, you ask?

Product Review: iWhite Korea Facial Cream

In a nutshell it’s a 3-in-1 facial cream which gives 3 benefits for complete protection. It’s a whitening, sunblock, and makeup base all rolled into one! Key ingredients here are Mulberry, Panax Ginseng and Titanium Dioxide, plus it is enriched with Vitamins A, C and E. I’ve been using this facial cream ever since I received it, thus my BB creams and liquid foundation took a backseat for now. I simply apply powder foundation (I like Virginia Olsen Medium Bisque Matte foundation) to set this facial cream cos I know it will be too much layers if I still put other facial products. I also use the iWhite Korea Aqua Moisturizing Cream in tandem with this one.

As you can see in the swatch I did, it’s a white thick formula. Make sure to apply small dots on your face and build it from there, rather than applying a lot in one go. I’m guilty of doing the latter (usually in the morning when I’m in a rush) and regretting it after because it tends to leave a white cast when not blended out properly. I do hope they have color selections to match different skin complexion instead of the standard white. Anyway, one big factor for me is that it has SPF 15! I know I don’t religiously apply sun protection so this changes that. I can leave the house with just this facial cream applied! Plus, I really like the refreshing smell (not so chemically-scented)! Since this doesn’t give me any allergic reaction or pimple breakout, I will continue using it for now.

How about you? What’s your current facial cream?
