  • Prince Charles had a " royal quarrel " with his brother Prince Edward in 2001.
  • Edward's television production company was caught filming at William University and Wills was "furious".

Last year was dominated by the endless royal drama of Prince William and Prince Harry (literally, it's exhausting), but apparently William had problems with other members of the royal family. According to L'Express, Wills has entered a whole thing with his uncle Prince Edward when Edward's television production company arrived at his university and tried to have tea.

The incident occurred in 2001 and is reported in the book of the royal correspondent Robert Jobson Princess of william. "William was furious," writes Jobson. "He believed that the actions of his uncle's society had threatened to undermine the carefully maintained relationship between the Palace of Saint James and the media, and that this would threaten the cordial understanding between him and the press."

Meanwhile, Prince Charles apparently became "ballistic" and "berated his younger brother, furiously asking the queen that Edward be forced to choose once and for all between his public office and his television production company".

A spokeswoman for Prince Charles even went so far as to say that the prince was "disappointed, very good", while officials said he was "angry". Jobson even says that he "learned that Prince Charles had torn his brother apart during a telephone conversation".
