These flowers are so beautiful, feminine and best of all…easy!

You’ll need…

  • White fondant
  • Tylose powder
  • Mini-flower silicone mold

Method

Combine 450g white fondant with approximately 2 teaspoons tylose powder. Knead until combined. I divided the fondant into thirds so I can use some later.

To achieve this cute pink hew add one drop of Americolor Electric Pink, kneading until all of the colour is combined. Then place little pieces of the fondant in a flower mold. I am a bit impatient so I pop it in the freezer for about 5 min to firm them up.

Un-mold the petite flowers onto some baking paper and let them dry completely before popping them on the top of a cupcake!  So cute!!
