Rosang Café & Store, a restaurant for authentic traditional North-Eastern cuisines, is organizing Nagaland Food Festival from August 5^th to August 25^th 2013, in an attempt to promote food items from the region in a bigger way.

The Menu consists of:

2. Pork curry with bamboo shoot/Yam stem
3. Dry river fish with Raja Mirchi chutney
4. Steamed seasonal veg
5. Pork soup  with bamboo shoot
6. Vegetable Akhuni curry
