Rosang Café & Store, a restaurant for authentic traditional North-Eastern cuisines, is organizing Nagaland Food Festival from August 5th to August 25th 2013, in an attempt to promote food items from the region in a bigger way.
The Menu consists of:

- Pork curry with bamboo shoot/Yam stem
- Dry river fish with Raja Mirchi chutney
- Steamed seasonal veg
- Pork soup with bamboo shoot
- Vegetable Akhuni curry
