During President -elect Joe Biden's victory speech he quoted from the book of Ecclesiastes: "The Bible tells us that to everything there is a season - a time to build, a time to reap, a time to sow. And a time to heal.
"This is the time to heal in America."
He went on to recall how his grandfather would tell him to "keep the faith" before adding that his grandmother chimed in, "no Joey, spread it. Spread the faith."
What is faith:
Faith is the assurance that the things revealed and promised in the Word are true, even though unseen, and gives the believer a conviction that what he expects in faith, will come to pass.
That's where I'm at this Sunday morning. While the current President continues to spread lies about the election that could negatively impact our democracy for years to come (let that sink in), or the division we continue to see daily, Believers must rise up and continue to Spread The Faith knowing that God is still in control! Knowing that everything that is happening was all a part of the Master's plan.
Proud Christian who still believes in democracy!
