Elmo is VERY excited for Santa's visit!
In recognition of our duties as Maker’s Mark Ambassadors, the Booze Dancers received their annual Christmas presents from Maker’s Mark earlier this week. This year’s present was a bottle sweater. While I suppose that I could have put this sweater on a bottle of whiskey, I instead decided to regift the sweater to our dear friend Elmo.
Although the arms and chest fit Elmo perfectly, it was a bit long, but as you can see from the photo, a marginally ill fitting sweater won’t stop Elmo from having a good time! He may play a three and a half year old monster on Sesame Street, but in actuality, he is pushing 30.
This Christmas Eve, Elmo is going to join La Famiglia G-LO for The Feast of the Seven Fishes in South Philly, where he will dine on crab cakes, fried smelts, broccoli rabe, seafood pasta (with shrimp, clams, and mussels), and so much more! And since he is well past the legal drinking age, I’m sure he’ll have a glass or two of vino to wash it all down.
