These charts reflect the results of the new NBC News / Hart Research Poll -- done between October 23rd and 26th of a nationwide sample of 1,000 adults, with a 3.1 point margin of error.
It shows that the public's view of the Supreme Court has dropped from 44% in January to 38% in October. The public now thinks the court is too conservative.
