Inciner8 were recently approached by a council owned crematoria in Yorkshire who had a period of unplanned system downtime. This was caused by an un-expected failure of their permanently installed crematoria. Unfortunately the manufacturer stated they required a couple of weeks to get engineers on site and carry out the essential repairs.
