Since the website is all about NO GARLIC NO ONIONS, we thought of some recipes that usually contain these two ingredients but are revisited our way!
BBQ Sauce
Barbecue sauce (also abbreviated BBQ sauce) is a flavouring sauce or condiment ranging from watery to very thick consistency. As the name implies, it was created as an accompaniment to barbecued foods. While it can be applied to any food, it usually tops meat after cooking or during barbecuing, grilling, or baking. Traditionally it has been a favored sauce for pork or beef ribs and chicken.
Traditional & easy BBQ Sauce:
- 1/2 cup of Ketchup
- 1 tbsp of tomato paste
- 2 tbsp of lemon juice
- 2 tbsp of Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 tbsp of cider vinegar
- 1 tsp of Cayenne Pepper
- 2 tbsp of brown sugar
- 1 tsp of hot mustard
- 1/2 tsp of salt
Whiskey BBQ Sauce:
- 2 cups of Ketchup
- 1/4 cup of tomato paste
- 1/4 cup of Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/3 cup of cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp of Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1/2 an onion finely minced
- 3/4 cup of whiskey
- 2 tbsp of ground smoke flavoring
- 1 tsp of hot pepper sauce
- 1/2 of salt
Pineapple BBQ Sauce:
- 2 cups of Ketchup
- 1 cup of pineapple juice
- 3 tbsp of brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp of ground clove
- 1 1/2 tsp of Cayenne Pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp of dried rosemary
- 1 1/2 tsp of ground allspice
- 1 tsp of ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tbsp of salt
Directions:
- Simmer the onion and bourbon until translucent so that the taste of the onion will be very smooth.
- Mix in the Ketchup, tomato paste, Worcestershire Sauce, cider vinegar, Cayenne Pepper, brown sugar, ground smoke favoring, hot sauce and salt.
- Bring to a boil than reduce heat to medium and simmer again for about 15 min.
Those taste great with a beef burger topped with a slice of Bacon!
Tips: Also great with a single malt whiskey.
Enjoy!

You also have to look at tomato sauce because all I have found have onion powder in them. I use tomato puree or tomato paste - neither of which have garlic or onion. My wife is violently allergic to both these items so we are very careful what we use and how much. If you need the garlic and onion flavor, try Asfoetida that can be found at myspicesage.com

Not all Worcestershire sauce has garlic. Read the labels. Use tomato sauce or tomatoes instead of catsup.

Katchup has onion in it, so that's out too. These recipes are NOT garlic and onion free. They sure did not do their home work.
