Did you ever find yourself exclaiming “Ayy meron pala ako nito?” or “I haven’t used this for ages!!!” when going through your makeup stash? I know I did. I have this ELF Waterproof Eyeliner Pen(in 7310 Teal) andNichido Color Intense Eye Pencil(in 05 Vivid Turquoise) for a few months now and they’re both craving for some action already! Sooo, here ya go!
I almost forgot how beautiful this ELF waterproof eyeliner is! The color is just so magnificent! I don’t normally wear teal eyeliner that’s why this was buried in my makeup kit. Plus, I suck at eyeliner pens! LOLS!
The Nichido eye pencil on the other hand is much easier to work with, especially on my lower lash line. The creamy formulation made it glide smoothly.
