I have a slight popcorn obssesion, so you can imagine my delight when I came across the artisanal popcorn store Pop Karma. Flavoured popcorn hasn't really hit the UK yet, so I had a taste sensation in this shop as they had Pure Caramel, Zen Cheddar, Mediterranean, and a few seasonal flavors like Margarita, barbecue, and white truffle and cheddar popcorn. I walked away with a few bags and I'm hoping a shop like this pops up in London soon. In the meanwhile I'm going to create my own flavour sensation "Chris-nic Happiness", for my Christmas event on Saturday… so stay tuned for the recipe!
