These charts are from a new Public Policy Polling survey -- done on June 24th and 25th of 729 Texas voters.
The 2 point lead by Biden over Trump is likely within the poll's margin of error. That means the election could go either way in Texas, which should give encouragement to Democrats and make them work even harder.
Note that this poll included 50% Trump voters in 2016 to only 41% Clinton voters. Clearly Trump is losing some of the support he had four years ago.
