The message that supposedly came from a conservative, until the police discovered that a well-known female liberal blogger and radio host at the University of Wyoming (UW), Meg Lanker-Simons, fabricated the message, then used it to have a whole conversation with herself, is below:
“I want to hate f**k Meg Lanker-Simons so hard. That chick that runs her liberal mouth all the time and doesn’t care who knows it. I think its hot and it makes me angry. One night with me and shes gonna be a good Republican bitch."

On her blog, she plays the victim:
I’m encouraging every single person that follows me, all 55,991 of you, to let them know this kind of misogyny is not okay. Comment on the status, since the page IS public. Comment on the page if they remove this post. Imagine if I had not been told about this — or if something like this is posted about another student, and lo and behold, they become a victim of sexual violence. It’s likely people like this are all talk and no action. But threats like this are 100% unacceptable. Remember, it took a creeper to think this up and type it — but it took an admin to approve and post it.
It’s time to fight back against this kind of harassment. Everyone has the right to feel safe on their campuses. It’s one thing to say that the girl next to you in the library has a beautiful smile. It’s another to say you’re going to “hatefuck” someone to make them “a good Republican bitch.”
I am asking everyone to push back, not with threats, but with their beliefs that no one deserves this kind of thing posted about them publicly. This IS an example of rape culture. So let them know (and others if there’s a page like this at your university.) Be civil, but be firm.

But on Monday, The University of Wyoming Police Department issued a citation to Lanker-Simons for “interference” for “false statements she made to the UW Police Department,” according to a UW statement referred to by Laramie Boomerang Online.
"Subject admitted to making a controversial post on UW Crushes webpage and then lied about not doing it," according to the citation.
The University of Wyoming also confirmed a statement that the police had “"obtained substantial evidence verifying that the offending Facebook post came from Lanker-Simons' computer, while the computer was in her possession.”
According to a Facebook page that apparently belongs to Lanker-Simons she is a member of the University of Wyoming Gender & Women's Studies group as well as the school’s chapter of The Nonviolent Communist.
Is there no depth so low that liberals will not sink to?
