Police Arrest Seven Individuals After Daylight Taking pictures In A Avenue In Ghana
The Ghanaian Police Service have arrested seven individuals in reference to a shootout in Nima on Tuesday, January 18, between two rival gangs.
5 of the suspects are in police custody whereas two are being handled in a hospital underneath police guard.
The police has additionally launched a seek for leaders of the 2 gangs generally known as Kumordzi and Bombon.
Director-Basic of Police Public Affairs, ACP Kwesi Ofori, who addressed the media on the police headquarters stated;
" Nima witnessed mass violence around 3:30 pm yesterday [Tuesday], and the Police quickly intervened. The violence spread across some sections of Nima and we managed to stabilise the situation.
"7 persons have been arrested. 5 are presently here with us, and the other two are on admission at the Police hospital."
