To obtain Poison Blade Materia, use Materia Fusion to combine Poison and Power Attack to make Poison Blade.
It may be found in chests on Missions 7-4-5 and 9-3-2 as a reward for finishing Mission 4-1-6.
Poison Blade Materia is a physical attack that causes poison and costs 6 AP.
This is a Command Materia, which contains materia that perform physical acts that cost AP.

About Crisis Core Reunion
The story is set seven years before the events of FINAL FANTASY VII (1997).
Zack Fair, a young and ambitious Soldier. Zack is tasked with tracking down a missing Private 1st Class named Genesis Rhapsodos.
