run to pleasure - run from pain
some call it the way to be sane
can you feel the wind in your hair?
lot of running - getting nowhere
you can't catch happy - can't flee sad
you'll only find a passing fad
instead, reframe and remeasure
what is pain and what is pleasure
that's where freedom lies
