#plaque366 Charles Dickens in #Highgate There's little doubt that Dickens lodged here in the year 1832. But it was not for a concerted period of time, nor is it a celebrated Dickens location where one of his masterpieces was created.
Are there too many plaques like this one? Where does it lead? "Hector Berlioz had tea and buns here one day"?

… in Highgate. Its coy wording always reminds me of my second favorite plaque in the world. I'll reveal my very fave at a later date, but my second fave is this piece of lovely daftness which can be found at the Lillyput Minigolf Course in Broadstairs, Kent. Look closely at the wording…
