Pipit Sp Shetland 2012....

Hi all, following the annoucement this morning via the BBRC that Olive backed Pipit will not be BB rarity as January 2013. I took a look at some record shots I took of a Pipit sp I saw last year at Cunningsburgh, Shetland. Originally I thought it was a Tree Pipit as it didn't call when we flushed it off the ground. However looking at the photos I think I might have made a mistake with the ID?
So what do other people think of this bird? and comments are most welcome...
