February 2017

A Piper Archer II touches down at San Carlos Airport.  The original Cherokee first flew in 1960, this popular family of aircraft is still in production with over 32,000 delivered.  The Archer incorporated a fuselage stretch, wing span increase, larger horizontal tail, tapered wing and gross weight increase.  The Archer was discontinued in 2009, but with investment from new company ownership, the model was put back into production in 2010.  Nikon D500 w/18-200mm.
