Taken during my inaugural trip to Oshkosh in 2010, visiting the seaplane base was something I had looked forward to. This Cub floats placidly at its mooring under cloudy skies. First flown in 1938, the ubiquitous Piper can also be equipped with floats or skis. Nikon D300 w/18-200mm, processed with iPhoto.
