Airshow performer Eric Tucker pauses during his preparations to watch the USMC MV-22C Osprey flight demonstration during the Central Coast Airfest. The handling characteristics of the classic Cub make it a good fit for airshow acts such as landing on top of a moving vehicle as Eric does. First flown in 1938, this particular Cub was produced in 1941, one of the 19,888 manufactured between 1938-1947. The Cub is Piper Aircraft’s most-produced model. Nikon D500 w/Tamron 150-600mm.
