This Surf Air PC-12 begins its takeoff run from San Carlos airport. Surf Air is the first airline in the United States to offer “all you can fly” service for a monthly fee. The Pilatus PC-12 is a very popular single-engine turboprop passenger and cargo aircraft manufactured by Pilatus Aircraft of Switzerland. First flown in 1991, the PC-12 holds the distinction of being the best selling pressurized, single-engine, turbine-powered aircraft in the world with over 2,000 produced.
