This is the first Israeli to get the Corona vaccine developed by the Biological Institute of Israel. Segev Harel is 26 years old from Sde Nechemia. Others will be getting it as well, as human trials on the developing vaccine just began today after receiving the necessary permits and approvals.
I don't know how Segev Harel was chosen, but good luck to him and to all of us. I hope he doesn't grow a third eye, get sick, develop autism or whatever potential side effects might be lurking...
I also don't know why this information is being made public. I thought this type of stuff is always done quietly and anonymously. I get that they want to give us hope and look to the future, but still. This publicity just seems to me like a bad idea...
