TV One screened their upcoming original film, ‘Behind The Movement’ on Thursday and Friday in Montgomery, Alabama, and Atlanta, Georgia.
Behind the Movement, is a fast-paced retelling of how Rosa Parks’ refusal to give up her seat launched the history-making Montgomery Bus Boycott.
The film stars, Isaiah Washington, who portrays civil rights activist and union organizer, E.D. Nixon and Meta Golding, who portrays civil rights activist Rosa Parks in the film.
TV One first screened the film in Montgomery, Alabama at the Rosa Parks Museum, which is also home of the 381- day Montgomery Bus Boycott.
